Former ASAE chairman retires from Ohio association J. Clarke Price, the former chairman of the ASAE board of directors, will retire from his position as president and CEO of the $9M-revenue Ohio Society of CPAs on Dec. 31. Price’s retirement ends a 40-year-career at OSCPA, including more than 20 years as CEO.
